Summary of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Installation and Quality Assurance Representative is to become the “Boots on the Ground” and “Face of New West Designs” working directly with Builders Construction Management and New West Designs Installation Team working on each Job Site
Responsible for visual inspection to determine Job Site readiness, On-Time Installation, Quality of Installation, Potential Challenges on or near Job Site, On-Time Completion of Installation, assisting in obtaining Purchase Orders or Billing instruments for Extras or Customer Care contracted by the Builder in the Field.
Responsible for Clear Communication and Building a Trust Relationship with Internal Teams, Scheduling, Customer Care, Installers and Field Management
Must conduct oneself professionally both in workplace and community
