Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and analysis.
Responsibilities
o Raw Material Management
§ Incoming Raw Materials Spreadsheet Management
§ Incoming Raw Material COA review and filing
§ Raw Material Testing Management, including use of LIMS and submission of samples
§ Send Raw Materials out for Testing
§ Approval of Raw Materials for use based on testing and COA reviews
§ Place material on hold in Sage, work with manufacturing to add hold tags, and disposition as directed
§ Run Pending List for Raw Materials
o Swabbing and EMP System Management
§ Order supplies as needed
§ Perform swabbing activities with the Manufacturing team
§ Submit all swabs for testing, where appropriate
§ Maintain the Swab Database, including data entry from finished goods
§ Work with MQA Site Manager to write corrective actions as needed
o QA/SQF Paperwork Review (Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Lab Reports, etc.)
§ Daily pack record and sanitation paperwork review for approval
§ Manage the Plant Scorecard spreadsheet, entering data as needed, providing reports
o Assist with PTR management, data and sample collection, and reporting
§ -Sampling/Documentation TM would support the data collection
§ Support Finished Goods as needed, directed by MQA Site Manager
§ File COAs from 3rd party labs and other testing facilities
§ Submit samples of finished goods for testing and manage the LIMS database for these samples
§ Place material on hold in Sage as directed, work with Manufacturing to place hold tags on these pallets, and disposition as directed-?
