    Position Summary:

    The LIMS Programmer serves a critical role in leading the development and programming of Nestlé Quality Assurance Center programming projects. These responsibilities will be medium to large in scope and may occasionally involve multiple markets, regions, or zones. Must be able to manage project activities in full autonomy, with support provided when necessary.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    LIMS Programmer and Super User
    • Performs guided configuration and customization for LabWare LIMS based on business requirements.
    • Provides technical assistance/support to NQAC laboratory personnel and factory superusers.
    • Support included: data management, drive implementation of best practices, and GLOBE-LIMS tools to help improve efficiency throughout the NQAC scope.
    • Provides support for NQAC end users and customers that require assistance related to NQAC supported GLOBE functions.
    • Ensures the alignment and maintenance of master data related with NQAC submitted testing through GLOBE LIMS.
    • Supports implementation and global initiative through the consolidation of information, implementation of data standards or CO-QM requirements in terms of GLOBE LIMs / IT Tools.
    • LIMS testing support for SAP section of Software Change Requests and or Tickets.

    General IT Support
    • Help personnel with daily IT challenges.

    Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)

    • Labware experience preferred (Any LIMS Experience Considered)
    • Experience managing and navigating SAP enterprise software preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, computer science, or information technology preferred
    • Must be authorized to work in the US as either a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
