We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards for our clients cutting-edge generative AI applications deployed across multiple cloud platforms.

This is a long-term (2 years) hybrid (2 days on-site) contract opportunity that can be based in either NYC or CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance efforts for generative AI-based applications, ensuring exceptional product quality.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for generative AI applications across various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement automation frameworks and strategies to streamline the QA process.
• Perform rigorous performance and security testing, focusing on system scalability, reliability, and data integrity in multi-cloud environments.
• Work closely with development, AI research, and product teams to integrate quality assurance practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Efficiently identify, document, and track software bugs, and collaborate with the development team for timely resolutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and cloud technologies to enhance QA methodologies and tools.

  Qualifications:

  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on generative AI technologies and multi-cloud environments.

  - Strong background in automated testing tools and frameworks.

  - In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their QA implications.

  - Proven experience with AI and machine learning testing, particularly in generative AI.

  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
