POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that produce harvested and shipped to customers meets relevant quality specifications. In addition, the Quality Assurance Specialist serves as a conduit between departments on quality issues and seeks solutions to ongoing challenges. It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Specialist to follow work instructions, complete all assigned tasks, and complete all required documentation relevant to any QA related issues occurring during duty periods. Communication and teamwork are expected of this individual.
