JOB PURPOSE:
Assist with preparing and implementing quality assurance reviews, performing routine chart reviews and report findings to the Director of Quality Improvement, Assist in preparation for routine licensing and MCO reviews, Identify and resolve workflow and production issues. Ensure that regulatory standards and safety regulations are observed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required. Experience working in an office environment, with an electronic medical record & customer service, preferred.
