POSITION DESCRIPTION
The quality assurance specialist-II position is responsible for the review of exterior personal lines reports to include replacement cost and interior supplements. The quality assurance specialist-II position will apply standard review techniques ensure that the verifiable data contained within the report is accurate and meets Reliable Reports, Inc. (“Reliable”) quality standards.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review an expanded group of reports comprised of exterior observation and replacement cost personal lines report data to ensure that quality standards are met and standard operating procedures are followed
