Quality Control Analyst performs various scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards. Conducts and validates various biological and chemical quality control (QC) assays. Being a Quality Control Analyst compiles, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. May be responsible for establishing specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Quality Control Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Dal-Tile is looking for Production Operators to join our team. No experience is necessary as Dal-Tile will train you to succeed!

    As a Production Operator, you will learn to:
    • Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.
    • Stocks lines/machines with needed materials.
    • Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients.
    • Load/ unload machines.
    • Create samples and perform quality control checks.
    • Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues.
    • Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
    • Ability to wear required PPE.
    Education requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    Shifts:
    • Day A & B: 6:45 am to 7:00 pm
      • Week 1: Mon,Tues,Fri,and Sat.
      • Week 2: Sunday,Wed, and Thurs.
    • Night C & D: 6:45 pm to 7:00 am
      • Week 1: Mon,Tues,Fri, and Sat.
      • Week 2: Sunday,Wed, and Thurs.
