Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Detailed and quality driven with basic laboratory knowledge.
Experience in AQL inspections and basic sampling techniques.
Knowledgeable in cGMP, cGDP, and cGLP.
Conduct routine inspections on inbound and outbound shipments (Raw Materials, Sub-Assembly, Components, Finished
Product, Kits, etc.)
Able to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain daily electronic logs and trackers.
Perform aseptic sampling of Raw Materials.
Verify all vendor documents are present and comply with product specifications.
Ability to professionally escalate issues pertaining to all inbound/outbound shipments in a timely manner.
Perform First article reviews, line clearance, in-process inspections, and physical testing in manufacturing areas.
Ensure Quality processes are being followed and maintained when shipments are being received/shipped.
Effectively communicate with various departments through written and verbal communications to ensure on time
delivery.
Perform daily scale verification checks.
Knowledge of FTIR, UV-Vis, pH Meter, Karl Fischer, Halogen Analyzer, Brix, Density Meter, and Calipers.
These responsibilities may be redirected according to the company business demands as deemed appropriately by Quality Management.
Requirements/Experience/Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a GMP environment for manufacturing and warehousing.
Basic Math and computer skills (excel, word, web) are required to fulfill this position.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a long period, walk, bend, climb
stairs or ladders, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and
arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to moving
mechanical parts or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The
employee must be able to distinguish colors and smell accurately.

1st: 4:00 am – 3:00 pm
2nd: 2:30 pm – 1:30 am
Intermediate: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
(Overtime may be occasionally required for all shifts.)
