    Role Overview:
    As a Quality Control Technician, you'll apply your technical expertise and organization to ensure that our clients manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality. Reporting directly to the QC Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

    Essential Functions:

    • Read Specifications: Understand product specifications thoroughly.
    • Monitor Operations: Keep a close eye on production to ensure it aligns with our standards.
    • Inspect and Test Products: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to verify product quality.
    • Accept or Reject Items: Make decisions on whether products meet our quality criteria.
    • Discuss Results: Communicate inspection findings with relevant stakeholders.
    • Report Data: Document inspection and test results accurately in excel.
    • Maintain Communication: Foster positive and professional communication within the organization and with customers.

    Education:

    • Preferred: Two-year degree in a related field.
    • Experience: Relevant work experience combined with formal education will be considered.

    Work Environment:
    This role requires adaptability and physical capability:

    • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
    • Strength: Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
    • Motion: Comfortable with sustained and repetitive motion.
    • Vision: Good vision at close distance is essential.

    Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

    Pay: $19.50 per hour

    Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
