Clover Leaf Solutions seeks a qualified individual to provide technical expertise in quality control and quality assurance, with a focus on the Civil discipline for National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Capital Projects Quality Assurance. The role demands meticulous document reviews, comprehensive inspection planning and reporting, and oversight of soils and concrete testing activities, ensuring adherence to NQA-1 standards. Safety remains paramount, with the incumbent expected to integrate safety practices into all tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough document reviews, including design documents, plans, procedures, and submittals.
• Plan and execute inspection activities, generating detailed inspection reports.
• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with quality standards during construction projects.
• Oversee soils and concrete testing activities conducted by subcontractors.
• Execute general QA/QC activities as required to maintain project quality standards.
• Cultivate a work environment that prioritizes safety, quality, communication, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in engineering or science discipline preferred.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC functions with 6 years in civil engineering, particularly in soils and concrete.
• Prior certification as a civil inspector is essential.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
