POSITION – Quality Control Inspector

JOB LOCATION – Sussex, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Contract-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1^st Shift

STARTING PAY – $17-$22/Hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years related experience
 
Responsibilities

• Document and communicate any identified defects.

• Evaluate parts based on control plans.

• Assist production teams to properly disposition parts as good for use, repair or scrap.

• Escalate concerns to appropriate parties. Comprehend quality standards and determine if ongoing production meets those standards.

 
Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with quality systems in high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Ability to life up to 50 lbs. as needed.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
