QUALITY CONTROL 

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a Quality Control team member to perform a variety of both inbound and outbound line audits. The Quality Control team member will also be responsible for accurate documentation of quality review(s) to ensure company and customer compliance requirements are being met.

Pay Rate:

$12.00

Schedule:

7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (40 hours per week standard)

Frequently required overtime to include Saturdays.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform a variety of random line inspections to ensure packing specifications are being met.   
• Document product audit results, including overages, shortages, and other Quality Control activities.

• Communicate errors in a timely and proper manner.
• Random assessments of the quality of shipments both inbound and outbound
• Perform multiple quality review based on customer’s specifications.
• Ability to physically pull samples from the production line.  
• This position requires:

1. Standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time
2. Ability to lift push or pull 50 pounds.
3. Ability to twist, squat and bend frequently.

• Knowledge of basic math, oral and written communication skills, and computer literacy (Microsoft Suite)
• Ability to adapt to assignment changes within short notice.
• Able to work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following safety regulations.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Able to work required overtime hours as required.

Education/License Requirements:
 Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent
  
General Experience Requirement

• Warehouse/Industrial facility work.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Control standards.
• Elevated attention to detail and accuracy
• Follow all company rules guidelines and procedures.
