    Duties:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality standards
    • Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, procedures, and records
    • Perform precision measurements using various instruments to verify product specifications
    • Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
    • Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures

    Skills:

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
    • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
    • Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations
    • Experience working with quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
    • Ability to fabricate and maintain accurate documentation
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
