    Duties:

    - Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects

    - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations

    - Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement in quality control processes

    - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any quality-related issues or concerns

    - Monitor and evaluate subcontractors' performance to ensure adherence to quality standards

    - Review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and completeness

    Skills:

    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement

    - Extensive knowledge of quality control principles and practices in the construction industry

    - Experience in quality inspection or construction management

    - Proficient in data collection and analysis

    - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

    - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision

    - Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications

    - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address quality-related issues

    -Must have NETTCP “Quality Assurance Technologist” training and certification paperwork

    -Experience with the Connecticut Department of Transportation Preferred
