Description:

Washington DC or New York. If they live in DC they will get per diem. All positions are long-term hires, and the 2 huge worksite locations are West Point, NY, and Jersey City, NJ. Need to be eligible for a clearance, and can't clear folks who are not citizens. The construction QCM will be responsible for scheduling manpower, overseeing subs and directing on site supervision. They need a QCM, PM, and Superintendent for both of these jobs sites. The project will be different federal construction renovations, depending on which job site they report to. They have openings in both Jersey City & West Point, NY currently. Here are the 6 IMMEDIATE openings that they are relying on us to fill:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant project experience in a construction superintendent role. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of Federal experience on projects ranging from $200K interior, mechanical or concrete experience would be a plus, but General Construction would be acceptable. Ideal candidate will have CQCM and OSHA 30

Experience Level:

Expert Level

Pay is between 90-110k
