Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that all products meet the required standards. Your expertise in quality management and adherence to FDA regulations will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines

- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control metrics and goals

- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance

- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

- Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance

- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions

- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques

Experience:

- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality systems, and project management

- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns

- Familiarity with PPAP compliance requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
