Quality Control Supervisor jobs in Salisbury, NC
Quality Control Supervisor oversees and monitors the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures, and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process. Being a Quality Control Supervisor recommends changes in specifications of materials, parts, and products based on inspection results. May formulate and revise quality control policies and procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Description: ESTABLISHED QUALITY CONTAINMENT CORPORATION SEEKING INDIVIDUALS TO PERFORM AUTOMOTIVE PARTS SORTING.
A growing Quality Containment Company is seeking more quality sorting personnel in the Briscoe, NC area and requires people with outstanding attributes to join our team. Our company will be working in our customer’s facility. Therefore, we must have people that are able to communicate well with our customer and understand their needs.
Requirements
- Associates are to maintain a neat, well groomed appearance at all times
- Ability to follow instructions and work rules
- Associates must have a reliable transportation at their disposal
- Some Heavy Lifting may be required
- Ability to Stand, Bend Lift, and Kneel throughout an eight hour shift
- Work Remotely/ No
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
