Additionally, Quality Control Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Position Summary
Quality Mart Area Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of QM stores and their managers within their district. This person is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all store managers. The area supervisor is responsible for performing monthly audits, protecting company assets, providing guidance and assistance to managers to meet monthly sales goals, and ensuring compliance of all company policies and governmental requirements.
