Quality Generalist Manager develops and administers policies and procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of products, materials, components and/or manufacturing processes. Makes recommendations to ensure production runs meet established quality standards and predicted yields. Being a Quality Generalist Manager ensures employees follow established procedures and complete quality assurance work within time and budgetary constraints. May be responsible for ensuring products meet international quality standards such as ISO 9001. Additionally, Quality Generalist Manager works across a variety of quality assurance disciplines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Quality Generalist Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Quality Generalist Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     This position earns a starting base salary of $48,000 per year (based on experience)!

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

    As a full-time Relationship Manager, you are an important resource to our clients as well as our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, resolving an array of emerging situations and scheduled tasks by providing appropriate solutions to clients’ questions with accuracy and efficiency, and following up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. All while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring client accounts are current.

    The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with our clients via phone and email to provide them with information and the knowledge to complete operational processes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and desire for teamwork.
    • A pleasant personality is a must!
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other internal computer programs and processes.
    • Well-organized, efficient, dependable, and accurate.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account management role is preferred
