We are seeking a Sanitation Manager who will primarily work the 3rd shift.
Seeking a Bilingual Sanitation Manager to join its team. This role is integral to our operations and will be the subject matter expert in Sanitation Management best practices.
The desired Candidate will have at least five years of experience as a sanitation manager or ten-plus years in a manufacturing facility with a similar management role; food or tree nut manufacturing is preferred.
The Candidate must be flexible and able to work a 3rd shift to 1st shift schedule, weekends, holidays, or as work may require.
The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills (written and verbal), as well as mathematical skills and proficiency in MSO and other business applications. ADP Time and Attendance is a plus, OR the Candidate must be able to learn and apply knowledge for proper timekeeping and reconciliation of timecards.
Experience tracking and monitoring ongoing department budgets, headcount, and overtime to make sound labor cost decisions.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects, change priorities when needed, and be action-oriented.
Have demonstrated knowledge and experience with building teams, cross-training, and managing temporary associates.
Excellent work ethic, an understanding of California Anti-Harassment laws, and knowledge of meal and rest break guidelines to mitigate exposures. Experience with disciplinary action, deploying policies and procedures, and holding supervisors and leads accountable for leading by example.
