Quality Generalist Manager develops and administers policies and procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of products, materials, components and/or manufacturing processes. Makes recommendations to ensure production runs meet established quality standards and predicted yields. Being a Quality Generalist Manager ensures employees follow established procedures and complete quality assurance work within time and budgetary constraints. Job Title: RN Care Manager
As an RN Case Manager, your role will involve managing patient care and providing services that require substantial, specialized bedside nursing skills for symptom management, crisis intervention, and family education. In addition to excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, the ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining rapport with patients and families, as well as the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily works in the patient's residence.
- Travel to long-term care facilities, hospitals, and area agencies and businesses may be necessary.
- Travel within the entire Good Samaritan Hospice service area will be required.
- Overnight travel outside of the GSH service area may be necessary for continuing education.
