    Work closely with the call center leadership team to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination between face-to-face marketing efforts and call center activities.

    Implement strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates through collaborative efforts.

    Demonstrate a relentless commitment to success and a willingness to put in the hours necessary to support and inspire your team.

    Drive a culture of resilience, enthusiasm, and high performance within the face-to-face marketing teams.
