• Regulation Rockstar: Help ensure our clinic's compliance with healthcare regulations, including federal, state, and local standards, as well as FQHC-specific requirements.
• Teamwork Triumph: Collaborate with healthcare teams and payors to implement process improvements based on quality improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
• Patient Partner: Engage with patients to gather feedback on their experiences and integrate their perspectives into our improvement efforts, championing patient-centered care.
