    Under the direction of the Chief of Infusion and Home Medical Equipment, the Director for Quality, Medication Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Process Improvement has responsibility for providing direct caregiver supervision and leadership oversight for a regionalized multi-state clinical excellence and quality program for Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services and Home Medical Equipment ministries.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Or

    • PharmD Doctor of Pharmacy

    • 5 years of pharmacy experience, or

    • 3 years of experience with an advanced degree or residency.

    • Project management or related management/facilitation experience.

    • Experience in management of people and processes and working in a collaborative environment with operational leaders.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Health Administration or health related field.

    • Training in Operational Excellence or equivalent Quality Improvement process methodology.

    • Upon hire: Certification with Operational Excellence as a Change Facilitator or Green Belt (training may be obtained once employed)

    • Medication, supply and equipment use management experience.

    • Experience in organizing, evaluating and conducting medication safety evaluations and policy management.

    • Experience in customer service and customer advocacy.

    Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

    HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
