The Director of Quality and Risk will be reporting directly to the and Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operations Officer, and will establish a close working relationship with various health care providers and professionals. This person will continually collaborate with hospital leadership to devise quality improvement plans. 

As a Quality Director for this community hospital, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of superior patient care and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive quality management programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory guidelines. With an eye for detail, you will lead audits, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for enhancement in collaboration with department heads and staff.
