POSITION PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:
The Director of Training & Quality is responsible for all training and development of associates and leaders, and is responsible for improving the productivity of all associates, while improving and maintaining the and service/quality of the organization at a Forbes 4 or 5 Star rating. This position assesses property-wide developmental needs to drive training and development initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for departments and associates. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and ensure luxury 4-5 star service throughout the organization.
