    Minnesota Oncology is the market leader in community cancer care and service. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as the Director of Managed Care Contracting and Quality.     This professional will play an instrumental role serving as the practice link to health insurance companies to develop and administer innovative managed care adn value-based care programs. The clinical quality performance of Minnesota Oncology is at the highest levels in the industry and this leader is responsible to help guide ongoing improvement. This role will serve as part of the practice leadership team and must have a desire to continually improve as a leader in support of our people and patients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field (MHA, MBA, or MS in Health Administration preferred).
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management and operations (Insurance/Payor contracting preferred).
    • 5 years in a managerial capacity.
