The Bay at Sheridan is a 81-bed skilled nursing facility located in Kenosha, WI. We have an exciting opportunity as we are recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team to success.
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care withing the facility. This is done with federal and state regulatory compliance while following policies and procedures. The Assistant Director of Nursing will lead the Infection Control team. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service.
