Quality Management Director - Healthcare jobs in Vineland, NJ

MAJOR FUNCTION:

This role is for a highly motivated and self-directed Registered Nurse, whose major function is to maintain a successful Health Concierge Nurse Program. This individual is here to assist in navigating the various complexities of our health system and act as a resource to coordinate the patient needs with our Inspira resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Associates in nursing required.
• BSN in nursing preferred.
• Experience in the outpatient or inpatient setting required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of direct patient care experience required.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current NJ RN License required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarity with community resources and social service resources to assist patients with social needs.
• Strong computer skills needed.
• Must have pleasant and professional phone skills with good diction, tone and pace while making accurate decisions required.
• Strong written communication skills required including grammar and spelling.
• Must be able to use general office equipment.
