Quality Management Director - Healthcare leads and directs all quality management activities for the hospital including patient care and relations, JHACO compliance, risk management and safety, performance improvement, and infection control. Develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital and works with top management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Being a Quality Management Director - Healthcare typically requires a bachelor's degree in the field or a related area and certification as a registered nurse. Typically reports to top management. The Quality Management Director - Healthcare manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Security Director

  • Security Director will manage a team of security officers and will be tasked with ensuring the security staff is committed to providing consistent and professional services. The Security Director will be responsible to mentor, coach and supervise the personnel in the Department as well as be responsible to plan and manage the operations to ensure the safety and security of all staff and residents. 

    Responsibilities will includet the following:

    • Manage a 24 hour security department  
    • Conduct safety audits and inspections.
    • Enforce COVID-19 policies and procedures.
    • Practice consistent customer services and communication skills
    • Ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently
    • Be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
    • Stand or walk for long periods of time

    QUALIFICATIONS:   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required.

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. 
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience required and prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement and/or military desired;
    • Experience with scheduling, operations or other functions of security industry a plus;
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software a considerable plus;
    • Professional presentation and able to use solid independent judgment and discretion;
    • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player is required.

    Additionally, the Security Director will ensure that all operations are in full compliance with the departments standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
