Senspex is currently recruiting for a Quality Manager at our HQ office in Rio Rancho, NM!
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring quality objectives are executed and documented in accordance with the requirements of the company and customer, certifying that services are provided consistently and with the highest quality standards. The Quality Manager is driven to ensure a sound quality culture and foster a culture of collaboration.
This position develops, implements, and maintains quality systems to assure quality of incoming materials, work in process, and outgoing product quality. The Quality Manager is responsible for company-wide document control and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal, external, voluntary and statutory standards for quality systems and relevant company operations. The Quality Manager leads the initiative to maintain the company's ISO 9001:2015 certification, with a concentration on meeting the service expectations and requirements of our customers.
A successful candidate will ensure all products and services meet contractual requirements and adhere to company and governmental standards. Candidate will be expected to lead and coordinate departments to help implement new process improvements. Candidate must be willing to assist other departments and team members, and be motivated to assume additional responsibilities.
