Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our canvassing efforts to promote our organization's goals and initiatives. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to reach target audiences
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers
- Set goals and targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
- Manage canvassing schedules and territories
- Provide ongoing training and support to canvassers
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of canvassing efforts
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and outcomes
Skills:
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of target audience demographics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven sales or telemarketing experience is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure commitments from potential supporters or donors
- Experience supervising a team or managing volunteers is a plus
