Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent guest service. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and increase occupancy rates
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services
- Implement effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed
