Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support manager(s), Program Management Office to complete the following duties & responsibilities:
1. Data collection & analysis that contribute to R&D planning and budgeting as part of the Program Management Office.
2. Research & analyze the company's business and that of other companies, including financial data.
3. Coordinate with internal & external contacts (consulting firms, prospective business partners, etc.) to drive projects.
4. Create data sets and presentations related to the above research, analysis, and project promotion.
5. Support company-wide projects.
Qualifications - Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Enthusiasm for understanding the competitive business jet market
2. Proficiency in construction professional documents and presentations while adhering to brand guidelines and management requirements.
3. Proficiency in the use of two or more of the following required: Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Excel (functions & macro), and Word), R, Microsoft Project, or similar quantitative program.
4. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast paced and abstract environment while providing timely and accurate information.
