RFP Analyst develops proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Demonstrate an understanding of all processes and policies within our department
Develop, analyze, and maintain statistics to identify staffing trends
Interpret data and communicate findings
Perform reviews of trends, make recommendations, and implement final solutions to improve current processes
Collaborate with internal departments and management team to implement changes
Support department in reaching goals through analysis
Monitor data to identify changes in trends, identify areas for improvement
Create reports and presentations to summarize data results
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or other related field preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or education is a plus
Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team
An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
Interpersonal Requirements:
Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms
Achieve accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small
Maintain good personal motivation and develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results
Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed
Ability to work under the pressure of meeting strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
