Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Inventory Analyst
The Orders Coordinator is a vital role between the Sales Department, Operations Department, and our customers. The Orders Coordinator is responsible for receiving orders, entering them accurately in various systems, and coordinating the shipment to the end destination. This role requires a multi-task-minded person with superior organizational and customer service skills. If you like your day to be filled with various challenges, work with several departments, and love a challenge; this job is for you.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, hours are 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Occasional flexibility to work additional hours may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Retrieve and enter all purchase orders into the appropriate systems
Confirm orders to the customer and give the best customer service
Communicate with the Sales, Operation, and Shipping departments to make them aware of the orders so they can plan appropriately.
Coordinate shipping of the orders once the orders are produced and released by the QA department
Maintain spreadsheets of purchase orders, sales pricing, and ordering trends to help benefit the different departments you work with
Continuously improve the customer service process
Create and maintain positive relationships with all customers
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and positive internal culture

Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the role include:
2-3 years of shipping coordination and/or order entry experience
Microsoft Office suite experience
Proficient communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Availability to work flexible hours as required
Being bilingual plus
