RFP Analyst, Sr. develops proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst, Sr. prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst, Sr. typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst will provide high quality dedicated professional level sponsored funds management with specific responsibility for pre-award and post-award functions. The Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst will also provide broad/in-depth professional administrative level guidance on protocols, regulations and guidelines to Principal Investigators and other scientific/research professionals. This position offers guidance and learning support to Grants & Contracts Analysts and Specialists within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of four years related experience in sponsored program activity (grants and contracts) and/or financial positions, preferably in an academic or medical setting is required.
- Strong financial and analytical skills are required.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
