General Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to become a part of our innovative team. This crucial role requires close collaboration with our business units to deeply understand their challenges and leverage data towards strategic solutions. In this position, you will use advanced analytics to convert business requirements into tangible insights, making a direct impact on our growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities

- Stakeholder engagement: engage with stakeholders across various departments or teams to understand their data needs, business processes, and objectives related to the migration. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and address concerns.

- Requirements elicitation: systematically gathering and documenting data requirements by analyzing existing data structures, formats, and quality standards.

- Data profiling and analysis: profiling source data to assess its quality, completeness, and consistency. Data Analysts identify data anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies that may impact the migration process and work with data stewards or subject matter experts to resolve issues and improve data quality.

- Data mapping and transformation: mapping source data elements to target data structures and defining transformation rules to ensure data compatibility and consistency between systems.

- Documentation and communication: documenting migration requirements, specifications, and procedures in comprehensive documentation to serve as a reference for stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in Kusto Query language (other DB Query) and PowerBI.

- Good understanding of Monitoring systems concepts.

- Good hands-on experience with Grafana dashboard development.

- Good understanding of Azure Cloud and the Azure ETL components like Azure Data Factory and Databricks.

- Advanced/Fluent English for business communication
