RFP Manager oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal. Being an RFP Manager collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Develops and establishes a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses. Additionally, RFP Manager establishes a tracking system with win-loss information. Reviews and analyzes RFP losses to recommend enhancements to products or processes. This position will be the face of the company in central Texas. The manager will have 100% control of this unit and will be responsible for all aspects of the unit. The primary day to day roles for this position will include recruiting employees, training employees, maintaining and adding clients, scheduling client jobs and employees, addressing customer service issues and much more. This is very much a hands on job and the manager will do whatever necessary to get the job done including working at the client's homes.
