As a Therapist, you will assist the chiropractor in providing patient care, conducting therapies, and promoting wellness. Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the chiropractic office, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure efficient use of treatment rooms and equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory of office and therapy supplies, and place orders as needed.
Handle patient inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Therapeutic Support:Assist the chiropractor in performing therapeutic procedures, such as spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and rehabilitation exercises.
Conduct patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans under the guidance of the chiropractor.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients on proper posture, exercises, and self-care techniques to promote overall wellness.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the chiropractor and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on treatment options.
Train and supervise office staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining patient files.
Handle insurance verification, billing, and payment processing.
