Racing and Sports Manager manages and directs the racing and sports book daily activities. Oversees racing and sports betting and ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Being a Racing and Sports Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Racing and Sports Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Additionally, BSC and KHSC feature an indoor, hardwood basketball court, a fitness center, and ice hockey rink on site! Bridgton Sports Camp is located in the town of Bridgton, Maine (on Long Lake), while Kents Hill Sports Camp is located in the town of Readfield, Maine (on Lovejoy Pond). Both camps are about an hour from the Maine coastline and the City of Portland and are about two and a half hours from Boston. In addition to salary and room/board, travel allowance is included.

    The dates for 2023 staff are June 21 - August 7 (this includes staff orientation).
