We are a health and fitness program serving Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and other surrounding counties. Our program was created specifically for young children and our classes are offered in daycares, preschools, summer camps, before/after school programs as well as local public parks through township parks and recreation departments.
To date, we have introduced young children to a variety of different sports, fostering a love for physical fitness in almost a half million youngsters in our local community. That number continues to grow every single day. As our program continues to expand, we are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and creative Individuals to join our team!
Ideal candidates will have a love for sports, games and team building activities and enjoy working with children. With part-time positions, you can expect at least 5-10 hours week, working mornings and afternoons Monday-Friday. Additional hours are available for applicants looking for full-time employment. Full-time consideration will occur after the employee has gone through training and has fulfilled all part-time obligations and requirements successfully.
Pay: Compensation starts at $40 per hour and goes up to $60 per hour for lead Coach and Instructor positions. Pay is determined by both experience and commitment. Incentive bonuses are available for consistent performance and enrollment achievements.
Part Time Yoga Instructor: Position is part-time with the ability to become full-time if interested. Basic knowledge of introductory yoga instruction is preferred but not required. Instructor will be provided with equipment, training, and curriculum.
Requirements:
Must have Friday Morning availability
Candidates must be over 18 years of age
Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation (all positions require travel to multiple local locations)
All employees must have or be willing to obtain all Pennsylvania mandated clearances to work with children
Must be patient, quick thinking, friendly with a consistent positive attitude.
Any prior experience in the education field, sports background, previous coaching or fitness training experience, cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, yoga, karate or team sport participant is a plus!
