Racing and Sports Manager manages and directs the racing and sports book daily activities. Oversees racing and sports betting and ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Being a Racing and Sports Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Racing and Sports Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team to manage department staff and ensure that all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The manager is responsible for ensuring that items are recognized accurately, the team works with efficiency and that departmental goals are regularly met.
This role reports to the Director of Operations and will be based at our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $90,265 - $146,549. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
