Racing and Sports Shift Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of racing and sports book personnel during an assigned shift. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Being a Racing and Sports Shift Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Racing and Sports Shift Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are looking for coaches who are energetic, friendly and compassionate. Position includes following the Ninja curriculum and developing athletes for the bi-annual 2D Ninja Challenge. Must be creative with equipment to ensure athletes are learning, being challenged and having fun. The All Sports class teaches fundamentals and basics for a variety of sports rotating on a monthly basis. Sports knowledge and experience is a must.
Additional coaching opportunities exist with other 2D Sports & Fitness programs, clinics, field trips, and with our sister company SNG (Special Needs Gymnastics). This is an independendent contractor position and the schedule is flexible.
