Shifts Available and Hours : 3PM to 11PM

Job Summary : Ability to perform job responsibilities in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment programs to support the achievement of the site’s goals and business objectives.

Required Education / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, and / or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader
• Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required depending on job.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

• Proficient in SAP, LPL, SCS, and computer literacy required.
• Proficiency in MS word applications (word & excel)
• Knowledge of quality standards

Job Responsibilities :

• Schedule manpower to meet production schedules including overtime and vacations of personnel
• Confirm all time entered E-Time system for the department
• Ensure daily output goals are met
• Ensure effective communication in the group : strategy, goals, and actions necessary to achieve them
• Ensure smooth workflow daily
• Perform all SAP processes as related to production
• Ensure safety & cleanliness of production facility
• Order inventory and maintain all operating supplies
• Innovate and improve processes
