Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during evening and overnight hours at our sports facility. The Night Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service to patrons during night-time operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, and a passion for providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities and operations during evening and overnight shifts at the sports facility.
• Ensure the safety and security of the facility, equipment, and patrons at all times.
• Manage and oversee night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and enforce facility policies and procedures, including adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that occur during the night shift, including medical emergencies, security breaches, or facility maintenance issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, addressing any questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and facilities for events, practices, or other activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of nightly activities, incidents, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management team members to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality across all shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Waldwick, NJ 07463: Relocate before starting work (Required)
