Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Radiation Technician works under immediate supervision. Navigator RN - Radiation Oncology

    Identifies patients with a cancer diagnosis in the region we serve; connects with the patient to provide an advocacy and resource access role. The Nurse Navigator, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary breast cancer team, develops, maintains and coordinates t care clinical pathways which include multi-disciplinary breast evaluation services, health and coordinated care plans. The Nurse Navigator educates and promotes the breast cancer care program to local physicians, patients, consumers and community organizations. The Nurse Navigator builds and maintains a supportive role with the cancer patient throughout their cancer care journey.

    Required Qualifications:

    Associate's Degree. Registered Nurse. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
