Radiation Technician collects, tests and analyzes materials of nuclear powered electric generating plant. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Radiation Technician has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Radiation Technician works under immediate supervision. The Radiation Therapist provides all aspects of direct patient care during the delivery of radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist. Activities related, but not limited to, patient care includes scheduling, patient education and record keeping of all aspects of the daily treatments.

Salary Range: $33.71-50.56/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
