VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialty and Emergency located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join the radiation therapy (RT) team. As a member of the RT team, you will also support internal and corporate-wide guidelines, goals, and objectives while partnering with our ER/ICU and other specialty departments. All applicants should be proficient in restraint, phlebotomy, IV catheterization, radiology, anesthesia and more! Experience in radiation therapy is a plus, but not required.

VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, health and well-being programs that provide resources and training. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $29 to $35 / hour.
